The false "Mary the omnipotent" doctrine of the Catholic Church

In the world, we can see a fervent goal of reaching a consensus between different churches and revival movements through ecumenism. The Roman Catholic Church is involved in ecumenism, and many people are not familiar with the Catholic doctrine. The Catholic "gospel" is a false one, and the Catholic Church does not represent Biblical Christian faith. The late bishop Alphonsus Liguiri, the author of a very well-known book titled "The Glories of Mary", writes in the book that Mary's intercessions are absolutely necessary for salvation, and that Mary, being the mother of God, is omnipotent and can save sinners. Spend time in prayer and compare the present text what the Bible teaches us.

Alphonsus Liguiri: The Glories of Mary

The official website of the Catholic Church (catholic.org) says that Alphonsus Liquiri (1696-1787) was a Catholic bishop whom the Church declared as beatified in 1816. Beatification is a declaration granted and dictated by the pope. According to the declaration, a faithful member of the Catholic Church made it to Heaven after his or her death.

Alphonsus Liguiri was canonized in 1839. Canonization is a process where someone is declared a saint, and where religious writings are included in the canon of holy, instructional books, or where religious dogma are declared as instructional. In a more general sense, canonization is a process where something is declared instructional, declared as an example. Canonization is dictated by the pope.

In 1871, Pope Pius IX declared Alphonsus Liguiri an authorized teacher of the Catholic Church. The catholic.org website says that Liquiri's writings on ethical matters, theology and asceticism have had an extensive impact on the Catholic Church for centuries, and have remained in the Church; especially The Glories of Mary by Liquiri and his moral theology have had a massive impact on the Catholic Church.

Within the Catholic Church, Alphonsus Liquiri holds the authority of a teacher, and especially The Glories of Mary is a book greatly esteemed by the Catholic Church. This means that the teachings in the book are official doctrines greatly esteemed by the church, and the church still believes in and abides by them.

Some say that the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) reduced the importance of Mary in the Catholic doctrine so that Mary is not to be given too much importance in regard to her being the mother of God. However, this is not true because the Catholic News Service posted a piece on June 4, 2015, stating that the sitting Pope, Francis, has just recently read The Glories of Mary. Francis says that he enjoyed the book because all chapters of the book show how Mary always leads us to Jesus Christ. The Catholic News Service says that the pope gives praise for the book.

If the book included something that is contrary to the official Catholic doctrine, the Pope, being the infallible teacher of faith, and the vicar of, the only begotten Son of God on earth, should have identified those things and pointed them out. The Pope did not revoke anything in the book in regard to Mary and did not state that the book overemphasizes the role of Mary. Instead, the Pope gave praise to the book. This means that all Mary doctrines in the book still are valid to Catholics.

The Catholic Church continues to teach the infallibility doctrine of the Pope and the teaching position of the church. The doctrine is a loophole for the church so that it can virtually teach anything, and it can always pull the "infallible" card from its sleeve and never be held accountable for its teachings. Based on the infallibility doctrine, someone can say that the book's Mary doctrine is not the official doctrine of the Church.

Pope Francis did not reject and revoke any of the Mary doctrines in the book, which means that the Pope approves of the book's unbiblical Mary teachings that mock God. If the book's Mary doctrines were contrary to the official Catholic doctrine, Francis should absolutely have pointed that out, but he did not, and gave praise to the book instead. The Pope's attitude and words of praise confirm that the Catholic Church continues to worship Mary. If someone still wants to disagree, he or she has not learned to read, is incapable of understanding written text or information that he or she has heard, or is blinded by the lie and is a liar.

Some Catholic theologíans and Protestants who are in favor of the Catholic doctrine argue that the Catholic church has an official, valid doctrine that is based on the infallibility of the doctrine, and another doctrine, which is not the official standing and the doctrine of the church. This is presented so that Catholicism can include faith and doctrine regarding Mary, whose intercessions are required for salvation, etc. Since the Mary doctrine is not an official doctrine of the Catholic church, Catholics do not officially believe or teach that Mary's intercessions are required for salvation.

The above confusion is deception because if you officially believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, but unofficially believe that Mary's intercessions are required for salvation, you have been entangled in a false gospel. God does not look into what are official and unofficial doctrines, but looks into what and how you believe in your heart, regardless of whether a doctrine is official or unofficial because the crucial thing is what and how you believe in your heart. The official/unofficial trick by the Catholic church is a loophole for the church to deceive people who have gone astray from the truth, but it never can fool God and believers who know the Biblical truth by the grace of God.

Mary's intercessions required for salvation

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: But the point that we here pro pose to prove is, that the intercession of Mary is even necessary for our salvation: necessary, to speak properly, not indeed absolutely, but morally. And we affirm that this necessity arises from the will of God itself, who has ordained that all the favors which he dispenses should pass through the hands of Mary,

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: We acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only mediator of justice, as we have stated above, who by his merits obtains for us grace and salvation; but we affirm that Mary is the mediatrix of grace, and although whatever she obtains, she obtains through the merits of Jesus Christ, and because she prays and asks for it in the name of Jesus Christ, yet whatever favors we ask are all obtained through her intercession.

1 Tim 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

The Catholic doctrine of us being saved by what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross is correct, but it is revoked because the Catholic Church adds a lie to it. The church says that Mary's intercessions are absolutely necessary for salvation, and the lie makes the Catholic doctrine a false gospel.

The Bible says that Lord Jesus Christ is the only Mediator of salvation between people and God.

It is true that the Catholic doctrine has some elements of Biblical salvation, but the doctrine includes the lie of Mary having obtained salvation to us, and that Mary's intercessions is required for us to be saved, shows that the Catholic doctrine is a false gospel. When a gospel both includes the truth and a lie, that gospel no longer is the full Biblical gospel, but a false gospel because the lie therein, and the false doctrine of salvation makes it a false gospel.

Mary the omnipotent saves sinners

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: St. Bernardine of Sienna does not hesitate to say that all obey the commands of Mary, even God himself ; signifying by these words, that God listens to her prayers as though they were commands.

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: As the mother, then, must have the same power as the Son, justly was Mary made omnipotent by Jesus, who is omnipotent; it being, however, al ways true, that whereas the Son is omnipotent by nature, the mother is so by grace.

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: Mary is, then, called omnipotent in the sense in which it can be understood of a creature, who is not capable of any divine attribute. She is omnipotent, because she obtains by her prayers whatever she wishes.

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: Thou, then, oh Mary, being mother of God, canst save all men by thy prayers, which are enforced by a mother's authority.

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: Thou art mother of God, omnipotent to save sinners, and needest no other recommendation with God, since thou art the mother of true life.

Alphonsus Liguiri the Glories of Mary: The Church allows us to invoke her: Health of the weak "Salus infirmorum;" and shall we hesitate to ask her to save us, when, according to a certain author, to no one is the door of salvation open except through her? And before him St. Germanus, speaking of Mary, said: No one can be saved except through thee.

Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Act 4:
10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Catholic doctrine of Mary is insane and shameless because it says that God, too, has to abide by Mary's commands. The Bible says that only Lord God is omnipotent and Mary is by no means omnipotent; the Catholic doctrine of Mary being omnipotent is heresy and blasphemes God.

The Bible says that people are only saved through Lord Jesus Christ; through His blood, death and resurrection, you are saved and receive the gift of eternal life when you believe in Lord Jesus Christ by the grace of God. The Catholic Mary doctrine of sinners being saved through Mary's intercessions is a false, anti-Christian gospel, and if you believe in it, you will end up in eternal hellfire. Lord Jesus Christ is the only Way, the Truth and the Life, and salvation and the Redeemer, and you can only be saved through Lord Jesus Christ.

Ecumenical deception

Ecumenism, which also takes place all over the world between different churches and revival movements, is based on that the churches and movements consider one another to be children of God, and they share the goal of reaching a full unity of faith. As we have seen, the official Mary doctrine of the Catholic Church is a mockery to God and a false gospel, and not a single Catholic is saved by believing in the Mary doctrine. The sitting Pope Francis gave praise to Liquiri's Mary teachings, which means that the book is part of the Catholic canon. Likewise, all Catholics who are involved in ecumenism are forced to accept the full doctrine of the Catholic Church because the church dictates and orders that Catholics must believe the full doctrine of the Catholic Church in order to be saved.

This means that all Protestants who have been blinded by the lie of ecumenism regard Catholic Mary worshippers as children of God and have thus been deceived to believe in the Catholic lie, ending up in a trap. All Protestants involved in ecumenism should prevent damage to their souls by no longer being involved in ecumenism with Catholics because by doing that, they acknowledge Mary worshippers as children of God and end up in believing false doctrines.

2 Cor 6:

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

The Catholic Church also has other false gospel doctrines, but the false Mary doctrine alone, and believing in it makes Catholics idolaters who are on the highway to eternal hellfire due to the deception. Servants of God and idolaters should never cooperate because truth and lies and light and darkness cannot and shall never be combined.

The source text of Verse 17 of Chapter 6 of the Second Epistle to the Corinthians has three imperative forms: come out from among them, be separate, do not touch the unclean thing.

In the Bible, God tells us that we should be separate from idolaters, which means that we should never share the same yoke with them. The same yoke means that we shall never regard idolaters, as servants of the God of the Bible because they are not since they are serving evil spirits through a lie.

If you do not abide by God's order of being separate from idolaters and you blindly consider them as servants of the God of the Bible, you cannot experience and live the promise given through being obedient to God's orders; according to which you are a true servant of God when you remain separate from idolaters, and God will take care of you when you are obedient to Him by His orders and grace.

If you have not understood and known what the actual doctrine of the Catholic Church is, then you of course are not accountable in this matter, but when you know and understand this, God holds you accountable, and God orders us to remain separate of idolaters because the truth shall never be combined with lies. If you are involved in ecumenism, you are at risk of giving up your faith in the Biblical path of salvation and thus ending up in eternal hellfire. Do not rebel against God. Instead, be obedient to Him and to His orders written in the Bible, which tell us that you shall turn away from ecumenism with the Catholic Church, and from ecumenism altogether, if you are involved in it.

The goal of ecumenism is to reach a unity of faith between those involved in it. Through ecumenism, Catholics are trying to Catholizise the Protestants involved in it. Therefore, if you are involved in ecumenism, you are at risk of switching your Biblical faith of the false Catholic gospel, which will take people to eternal hellfire. True disciples of Lord Jesus Christ should turn away from all ecumenism with the Catholic church, and also turn away from ecumenism altogether.

Mark 1:
14 ¶ Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel
.

Of course, Catholics can be saved, but they need to reject all of the Catholic false gospels, and believe, by the grace of God, that Lord Jesus Christ is the only Redeemer and salvation, through His blood, death and resurrection; and you receive salvation through repentance (confess your sins, repent, change of mind, see things differently) and faith in Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
